The OPTI-TRAP™is a bi-directional trap cartridge system which is used individually or in a series for sample concentration and purification. The OPTI-TRAP™ system features a durable biocompatible trap holder assembly made of either PEEK (capillary configuration) or stainless steel with a PEEK flow path (micro and macro configurations). OPTI-TRAPs feature low back pressure and are loaded and eluted manually with a syringe or on-line when plumbed into the sample injection valve. Additionally OPTI-TRAPs include titanium frits for full biocompatibility and custom packing is also available upon request. The cartridges are available in three different sizes: 50uL, 5.0uL & 0.5uL and can be purchased as singles or in 6 packs.

The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. Optimize Technologies OPTI-SOLV In-Line Wrench-Tight Stainless Steel Holder
The user-friendly Wrench-Tight OPTI-SOLV™ In-Line Filter system is well suited for a number of applications, such as high temperature, high-pressure environments where quick changes are imperative. The unique swivel design allows frits to be changed without removing the connecting tubing. Just plumb it once and leave it. The frictional forces generated at the piston/seal interface inevitably lead to particulate shedding. Placement of a filtering element between the pump and injector/ auto sampler removes these particulates, preventing problems with downstream components and costly downtime. Key Features include: an easy wrench-tight product that is rated to 6,000psi and has .2uL total swept volume. It comes packaged with fittings, is versatile for any in-line filtration application, prevents damage to downstream components, incorporates Free-Turn™ architecture, and you can change filter elements without disconnecting from the system.
